Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Taxee for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Free Service Terms
Taxee provides free tax calculations with the following terms:
Free service is provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees
We may add features, modify, or discontinue the free service at any time
Free access may be limited or restricted for abusive usage patterns
Free calculations are stored locally on your device by default
Free service includes basic tax calculation and PDF export
Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions are subject to the following terms:
Monthly subscription is ₦2,500 per month
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime from your settings page
No refunds for partial month usage
Premium features include Taxee (AI Tax Assistant) and chat history
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
User Accounts
If you create an account on Taxee, you are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
Restricting access to your account
Accepting responsibility for all activities under your account
Providing accurate information during registration
Updating information as needed
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Transmitting malware or harmful code
Spamming or harassment of other users
Using automated bots or scrapers (except as explicitly permitted)
Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our algorithms
Selling or redistributing our service
Using Taxee for illegal purposes
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taxee shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of income, profits, or business opportunity
Inaccuracies in tax calculations or recommendations
Data loss or corruption
Service interruptions or unavailability
Third-party content or linked services
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taxee, its owners, operators, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of Taxee in violation of these terms
Your violation of applicable laws
Your infringement of third-party rights
Your breach of this agreement
Changes to Terms
Taxee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Taxee following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
